AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The available products offered on Ortece are considered in stock. Our offers and prices on products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
If the visible product is not available at the time of your visit, you can contact us to be informed by email when the product is available again.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are free worldwide, therefore they do not vary based on the weight or destination of the package. Shipments will be taken care of by UPS, DHL or GLS, depending on the country of destination.
Delivery is subject to the following conditions:
we deliver from Monday to Friday;
we will try to deliver the package at least twice to the delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase if no one has signed the receipt for the package;
you are responsible for the package once delivered;
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are made by credit card or via Paypal.
Payments are made via a secure system, so that the transmitted information is encrypted by the software and no third party can read it during transport over the network.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Products purchased online on Ortece.com, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, can be returned at the recipient's expense for a refund within 7 days from the delivery date.
The recipient will be reimbursed for the price of the product but not for shipping.
For any customized product (modification of an element of the product...) after validation by the customer, Ortece does not accept any returns or exchanges.
Once this period has expired, you no longer have this right of withdrawal.
In order to guarantee the correct management of returns, we invite you to notify our customer service in advance by e-mail.
The procedure for returning products is as follows:
retrieve the order or invoice number;
provided with this number, contact our customer service via email at hello@ortece.com;
The products must be in their original box and packaging;
Purchase a UPS, FedEx, DHL or GLS label with tracking number to keep track of the package you have shipped;
The address to send your returns to is the following: Ortece, Piazzale Filippo Brunelleschi, 22 - 80055 Portici - Italy
Returns will be refunded to the same payment method used once they reach our distribution center.
Please allow 10-15 days after receiving your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

FEES
Attention, for all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required.
These fees and sums are not the responsibility of Ortece. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies in your country.
Ortece has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
